**ROLE_OVERVIEW** This role seeks a highly experienced Project Electrical Design Engineer to lead and coordinate all engineering deliverables for complex electrical infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will act as the primary liaison between the client's engineering team, design consultants, and EPC contractors, ensuring smooth project execution and adherence to standards. **KEY_RESPONSIBILITIES** * Coordinate the preparation, submission, and approval of engineering deliverables across multiple disciplines. * Serve as the interface between the Owner’s Engineering Team, EPC contractors, and design consultants. * Track all design submissions and ensure timely review cycles. * Ensure strict adherence to client-approved design standards and procedures. * Organize and lead technical coordination meetings. * Ensure timely dissemination of approved design documents to relevant stakeholders. **REQUIREMENTS_SNAPSHOT** * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. * 15+ years of experience in project coordination, engineering design management, and EPC environments within power T&D. * Proven background working with utility or infrastructure clients. * Mandatory experience in synchronous condensers or thermal power plants. * Deep knowledge of industry-standard specifications, codes, and project workflows. **EXPECTED_IMPACT** The expected impact is the successful, timely, and compliant delivery of complex electrical infrastructure projects.
