Role Overview

This role focuses on the mechanical development of E-motors, ensuring they meet both customer and internal Bosch requirements. The position involves detailed design, specification, and quality assurance of mechanical components.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct requirement analysis and mechanical development for E-motors.
• Prepare product specifications (2D/3D) and technical specifications.
• Develop and manage DFMEA and validation plans.
• Perform technical reviews and communicate with colleagues and suppliers for part quality.
• Execute technical release of mechanical parts.
• Support quality and manufacturing departments in resolving outsourcing and customer quality issues.

Requirements Snapshot

• Master's degree in Mechanical Design or Electromechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of mechanical development experience.
• Proficiency in mechanical design and relevant methods (DRBFM, FMEA, DFMEA).
• Strong communication, teamwork, and resource coordination skills.
• Fluent English proficiency for technical discussions.
