Our Manufacturing Engineering department in Nonantola is looking for a new resource to join our organization.
The selected candidate will be involved in the development and design of new production equipment and systems, contributing to the definition, implementation, and monitoring of technical solutions in the field of equipment design, both through innovative technologies such as additive manufacturing (3D printing) and traditional methods.
The role includes participation in short, medium, and long-term strategic projects, focused not only on defining investment strategies but also on driving daily continuous improvement of production processes, with the goal of achieving productivity, quality, and safety targets.
Main responsibilities:
Design and development of production equipment in line with investment strategies.
Support industrialization phases by defining innovative technical solutions for production process optimization.
Manage and monitor investment projects in the field of equipment design, coordinating suppliers, timing, and costs.
Analyze technical issues and propose solutions using problem-solving methodologies and teamwork.
Monitor project KPIs to ensure achievement of defined objectives.
Collaborate with other company departments to ensure the proper integration of new equipment into existing processes.
The ideal candidate has gained experience in structured manufacturing environments or in equipment/system design.
