Design Engineer - Industrial Conveyor and Machine Building

Role Overview

This role involves the design and development of machinery, conveyors, and their sub-systems for machine building. The position requires conceptualizing and detailing designs for assembly lines and standalone stations, ensuring they meet project and system specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design machinery, conveyors, and sub-systems for machine building.
• Develop concept designs and modifications for assembly lines and standalone stations.
• Understand system requirements and create detailed designs to meet specifications.
• Select electro-mechanical drives, pneumatic components, and standard machine elements.
• Create manufacturing and assembly drawings according to design standards.
• Manage databases and create Bills of Materials (BOM) in SAP.

Requirements Snapshot

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (B.E., B.Tech, or M.Tech).
• Experience in machinery and conveyor system design.
• Proficiency with CAD tools such as Creo or Autodesk Inventor.
• Experience with PDM systems.
• Ability to perform engineering calculations and documentation.
