  • Standardize terminology across content types (in-app, help articles, marketing materials).
  • Work hands-on with features to test functionality, provide usability feedback, and improve the user experience.
  • Partner with Design, Engineering, and Product Management to become familiar with new features and how they enhance our customer’s experience.

What you need to bring:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive and open-minded attitude to resolving problems and delivering results.
  • The ability to wear multiple hats, organize work, and operate in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrate experience balancing multiple priorities at the same time.
  • Collaborative mindset, working with others across the company and within the Content Design team.
  • Experience delivering at pace using Agile methodologies.
  • Encourage a culture of innovation focused on adding value and thinking creatively.
  • Spot warning signs of things going wrong and provide a decisive response.
  • Identify the main issues in complex problems.
  • Make effective decisions by pragmatically weighing the complexities involved against the need to act.
  • Have clear operational awareness and be able to balance the need for new features with the need to maintain and support the existing systems.
  • Maintain exemplary performance in difficult and challenging circumstances, encouraging others to do the same.

What's in it for you:

  • Join a fast-paced, high-growth company.
  • Surround yourself with strong talent and enjoy continuous professional growth.
