Role Overview

This UX Research Intern position in Dublin is for a passionate individual driven to improve product experiences by deeply understanding customer motivations, needs, and goals. Key Responsibilities

• Plan and perform end-to-end research studies with guidance from an experienced UX researcher.
• Collaborate with designers and stakeholders to define research needs and questions.
• Select appropriate data collection methods and define project timelines.
• Recruit participants and conduct various UX research studies (interviews, field studies, surveys, A/B testing).
• Analyze collected data to identify user motivations, needs, expectations, and goals.
• Translate research findings into actionable insights for product designers, managers, and engineers.

Requirements Snapshot

• Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in User Research, HCI, Interaction Design, or related fields.
• Interest in understanding current and potential users to improve product experience.
